Test standard : ISO 3613 Chromate conversion coatings on zinc, cadmium, aluminium-zinc alloys and zinc-aluminium alloys. Test methods           1. Drip CR6+ test liquor on the fasteners surface. It shall appear any level purple color if there is CR6+ composition. The tested sample should be further verified by boiling-water-extraction method if the spot test result can not be confirmed. 2. To extract chromating layer through boiling water.Color will change to any level purple when drip with CR6+ test liquor if there is CR6+ composition in it. 3. The test sample should be further verified by concentration test if colorimetry result can't be confirmed.
